Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of switch-sprint.com (the "Service"), operated by Switch Sprint ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and API key(s) secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@switch-sprint.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to harm other users or our systems.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Use AI-generated content from the Service to deceive employers (e.g. submitting AI-written answers as your own in live assessments).

Switch Sprint uses a Bring Your Own Key model. You provide an API key from a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, etc.). You are responsible for:

• All costs incurred with your AI provider arising from your use of the Service.
• Ensuring your use of the AI provider complies with that provider's terms of service.
• Keeping your API key confidential. We encrypt it at rest but cannot recover it if the encryption key is lost.

AI features in Switch Sprint (JD analysis, resume scoring, company intelligence, salary estimates, roadmap generation, interview question generation) produce estimates and suggestions only. They are not professional career advice, legal advice, or financial advice. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify important information (salary ranges, interview topics, company details) with authoritative sources before acting on it.

• The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Switch Sprint and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
• Content you upload (resumes, application notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. This initiates a 30-day soft-delete window after which all data is permanently removed.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Switch Sprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
